SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE

BY CLICKING ON THE "I AGREE" BUTTON, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, CLICK THE "I DO NOT AGREE" BUTTON AND THE INSTALLATION PROCESS WILL NOT CONTINUE, RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND.

Single User License Grant: JTA Software LLC grant to Customer a nonexclusive and nontransferable license to use the iAutoArtwork software package on a single computer. If you wish to use on more than one computer, additional licenses may be purchased.

DISCLAIMER: JTA Software LLC is not responsible for images displayed or transferred to iTunes or iPod from within iAutoArtwork. The images are found on the internet from specialized search queries based upon song titles, album titles and artist names.

LIMITED WARRANTY: This software is warranted for 30 days from purchase. Demo version is NOT warranted.

IMAGE TRANSFER COUNT: By default iAutoArtwork transmits the number of images transferred to iTunes to our server in order to display a real-time counter on www.jtasoftware.com. This option may be disabled in the preferences after the application is purchased. This option is not available in DEMO mode.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS: If a license violation is detected, JTA Software LLC reserves the right to revoke product activation without notice and without refund of any kind.
